Most orders will be filled within one to two business days after payment is received.
We accept PayPal as payment. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this method, and you can easily charge it to your credit card. Please be aware that you will need to go to the PayPal site to complete your purchase. If items are purchased but not paid for within three days, order will be cancelled.
Most items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Lighter items may ship USPS First Class. Books and videotapes will ship via USPS Media Mail. Fragile and valuable items will be insured at no extra charge to the customer. Some items may ship via Parcel Post.
Multiple items in the same order may be packed and mailed in the same box to save on your shipping costs. Your shopping cart will add up the total of the shipping for each item when you place your order, but I will refund the overpaid amount if the items can be shipped together at a lower shipping cost.
Many of our items are used, but most are in excellent condition, some like new. All are clean and well-cared for.
If you are not satisfied with an item or have a problem, please contact me to arrange for return and/or refund. Return postage will be paid by the buyer; original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
If buyer requests that an order be cancelled, we can do this if it has not shipped yet. Please note that if the order was paid for using PayPal, there will be a 30 cent fee deducted from the refund amount.
