Most orders will be filled within one to two business days after payment is received.
Accepted payment methods are Google Checkout or PayPal.
*PayPal users: Please be aware that you will need to take action after you receive a "pay now" email or invoice. Please pay for your purchased items promptly. Orders will be canceled if the item is not paid for within two days of purchase.
Most items will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Lighter items may ship USPS First Class. Fragile and valuable items will be insured at no extra charge to the customer. Books and videotapes will ship via USPS Media Mail.
Multiple items in the same order may be packed and mailed in the same box to save on your shipping costs. Your shopping cart will add up the total of the shipping for each item when you place your order, but I will refund the overpaid amount if the items can be shipped together at a lower shipping cost. If you are using Google Checkout, I will calculate the total combined shipping cost and apply the discount before your credit card is charged.
Many of our items are used, but most are in excellent condition, some like new. All are clean and well-cared for.
If you are not satisfied with an item or have a problem, please contact me to arrange for return and/or refund. Return postage will be paid by the buyer; original shipping costs cannot be refunded.
